Gary Mowad, (Associate)
Gary Mowad is a national expert on the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and Eagle Protection Act. Now retired, Mr. Mowad was the Deputy Chief of the Office of Law Enforcement for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and State Administrator for Texas.
